Conscious lifestyle - Pause moments and sacred self - workshops, card deck, podcast. Professional voice talent. I developed my earlier career within the complementary health field with Reflexology, Shiatsu and Bach Flower Remedies and others. It was then that I recognised the essential inter-connected relationships of the physical, emotions and mind for lasting health. Karen Kingston was my teacher for learning Space and Clutter Clearing. As a creative person I know only too well how easily it is to accumulate too much stuff and the challenge of emotional attachment! I practiced as a certified Feng Shui consultant, studied with several masters including Raymond Lo, Richard Creightmore and Simon Brown. Past clients include a member of the British government, obviously I can’t say who, and one of the Virgin Companies. I published Eureka, one of the UK’s first regional eco and holistic health magazines. A key achievement as I was a self taught editor and publisher. A passion for me is interviewing and meeting people and getting to know their passions. I believe there are learning opportunities in every ebb and flow of life. I became a certified teacher, designing my own workshops and talks at festivals and Adult Education. Topics have included: Clearing clutter and organising your home. Bach flower remedies, simplifying your life, Mobilise Mind and Body. Teaching Tai Chi Qi Gong, 101 Meditation, Bring the Sacred Into Your Life and adult play making sock puppets for self expression. Achievements also include completing an Interior Design course led by Adrienne Chinn at the prestigious KLC School of Design at the London Design Centre. As an international speaker at BiL and Tedx. I enjoy writing and publish a podcast ‘Easy Like Sunday Morning’. Where I cover topics relating to slow living and on a personal note, my struggles with being a more sensitive soul in this stressful and uncertain life. I am passionate about we can see the wonder and beauty in the world. I include ideas helping you to create a lifestyle of sacred spaciousness, sustainability and mindful healthy awareness. Alchemy, to meet life more fully. Creating space within space for your mind and home for a enriched lifestyle. I’m proud to be the originator of two processes that support a slow living more conscious lifestyle – Pause Moments and Sacred Self / Space.
